About Keith Tew
If you’ve met Keith Tew, you know he is always quick with a smile, maybe a joke, and ready for a friendly handshake or hug. Keith received his Associates from Northeastern Oklahoma in Pre-Engineering and his Bachelor’s Degree from NSU in Business Administration. In 2009, Keith moved to Owasso.
For many years, Keith was in the auto industry; first selling vehicles, then working as a finance manager. He always wanted to own his own business and be able to help people, so in 2017 he made the move to State Farm insurance. He says, “I enjoy helping people find the best rates, understand the options, and get the best coverage for their needs.”
In 2018, Keith started with Hometown Insurance Agency and will celebrate 5 years with them in April of this year. “Hometown Insurance is a locally based group of 52 agents and producers. We are able to shop more than 30 different insurance companies to find the best programs for our clients.” Keith can write home, auto, boat, RV, commercial, and life insurance policies.
Outside of the office, Keith is very involved in the Owasso community. He is a member of the Owasso Chamber of Commerce and past Chair of the Ambassador group with the Chamber. He previously served on the Owasso Education Foundation Board of Trustees, and a member of the Character Council. In the past he has coached his son’s basketball team and currently coaches his daughter’s soccer team. He plays tennis and golf for fun, and his kids golf with First Tee of Tulsa. Keith and his family are active in their church, Owasso First Assembly.
